Superb Stay in a Traditional Building
central location baroque style excellent hall useful kitchen
I enjoyed the very central location. It was easy to reach many attractions! The baroque style of the room felt authentic. The building had an excellent hall with a Grand Canal view. I found a useful kitchen with a microwave.
I noticed slight dust on some surfaces. But I was quickly able to wipe it away. It wasn't a big problem.

The staff responded quickly to messages. The check-in process was easy and contactless. This added convenience. I appreciated the efficient communication regarding access codes before arrival and it simplified everything greatly.

The accommodation has a great location directly on the Grand Canal! It is near the S. Samuele waterbus station. Access to water transport was convenient. It facilitated travel around the area.

I stayed at a spot near the grand canal. Its location was central. the room was quite spacious. It had a double bed. check-in was easy. I received clear instructions beforehand.
The tv remote did not work. Its batteries were dead. the wifi was very slow. I struggled to connect at times. there was no one on-site. I only had remote contact with staff.

missing safe street noise
The location was central, a detail that proved acceptable. It did allow easy access to nearby attractions.
The room felt a bit like a scavenger hunt gone wrong. The safe was missing. I tried to use the minibar, but it wasn't working. This made storing snacks a bit tricky. the noise from the street below made it hard to sleep before midnight.

canal view spacious room beautiful decoration
the room had a balcony directly overlooking the grand canal. the room was also very spacious and beautifully decorated. i enjoyed sitting by the canal in the mornings.
the hallway lighting could be improved.

The junior suite in palazzo malipiero had a big window overlooking the canal grande. beatrice at customer care was helpful. She provided clear instructions for online check-in. the payment process and access code details in the emails were useful.
there was no staff on site, and reaching someone by phone proved difficult.

this accommodation is near san marco and water taxis so transport was smooth. it is right on the waterfront and offered easy access to many attractions. the hotel is a short walk from the rialto bridge.

The location gave a nice view of the grand canal.
The shower was blocked. It flooded the bathroom each time it was used. There were no dry towels left in the room either
